Leading fleet management solutions provider, the Isotrak Group, has announced it has been awarded ISO 27001: 2017 accreditation, the internationally recognised best practice standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). This is another landmark event for the Company, building on its Operational Excellence Agenda and its service delivery promises to over 600 customers.
Accreditation to ISO27001: 2017 further demonstrates Isotrak Group’s commitment to protecting client and employee data, alongside compliance to new GDPR regulations and the Group’s on-going pro-active risk management programme.
This latest accreditation follows the Isotrak Group’s recent IT security deployment of Azure, a cloud-based service which ensures multi-level disaster recovery and system security. This project included a major enhancement to the controls and systems across the business, and is another demonstration of the Group’s commitment to service reliability and integrity.
”Meeting the ISO 27001 standard is proof of our commitment to the very highest information security standards. This certification is key to ensuring our clients’ information is fully managed in accordance with GDPR and data protection regulations. But also, as importantly, demonstrates that at the top of our agenda is the assurance to our clients of business continuity and resilience, and our increasing investments in our people, processes and systems.
Andrew OvertonGroup CTO
Jim Sumner, Chairman of Isotrak Group, commented, “We are once again very proud of the team in achieving this accreditation so quickly following the award of ISO 9001: 2015 last month. This demonstrates yet again the quality and continued motivation of our People and our unswerving commitment to service excellence, both of which have led to records levels of sales growth and order pipeline.”
