Leading fleet management and telematics solutions provider Isotrak Group, has today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001: 2015 certification following the successful merger last year of its Isotrak and Verilocation businesses, and recent acquisition of Alcolock GB.
ISO 9001 is the flagship performance-based accreditation of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and is the ultimate hallmark of approval for companies who ensure their customers achieve continuously improving product quality and service provision.

In addition, the Isotrak Group has also completed its stage 1 audit for ISO 27001 certification – the international standard that describes best practice for an ISMS (information security management system). In preparation for this the Group has recently upgraded its IT security to Azure, a cloud-based service that ensures multi-level disaster recovery, enabling even higher system availability and security, once again benefiting customers’ business resilience and performance.
Furthermore, the Group is also pushing ahead with its flagship Artificial Intelligence (AI) development to help customers achieve greater efficiency and environmental benefits. Its innovative, high definition data capture and harvesting techniques are revealing significant benefits in customer trials.
